This print is based on traditional planchette designs from the 1800's. These little heart-shaped, flat pieces of wood, were used to foster communication with spirits as a form of mediumship. This version incorporates the Irish language as well as Celtic script, to create a contemporary Irish take on the classic mystic design 🔮
